OBJECTIVE
- I am looking for an independent, fundamental, Baptist church where I can preach the Bible to hungry hearts.
- I want to help you understand how to use the Bible to live in a way that you can be confident of God’s pleasure.
- I want to help you understand and overcome the enemies to your home.
- I want to help you train your children Biblically.
- I want to help you reach your neighbors and loved ones with the Gospel.
- I want to help you find encouragement, refreshment, and strength from your church.
TESTIMONY
I was born into a Christian family, saved and baptized at the age of five, and received all of my education from Christian schools. I developed a burden for ministry while in high school, and I trained at PCC for youth ministry. I have preached and led in several areas of ministry since high school. I have served in six full-time ministries during which time I have gained a greater burden than ever to preach the Truth of God’s Word for the rest of my life. My greatest desire is to win lost souls and disciple Christians.
I married my wife, Mary, in 2000, and we now have six sons together. Mary was raised in a pastor’s home and earned a BS Degree in Elementary Education at Pensacola Christian College. She has been a very faithful and supportive wife in this ministry pursuit. She currently homeschools five of our boys, because they are unable to attend a sound Christian school in our area. She would like to return to teaching in a Christian school once all of our boys reach school age.

PERSONAL COMMENTS
In my preaching, I have set a pace that allows me to preach through every chapter of the Bible in about 5-6 years. The feedback I have received has been very positive. People have found this to be a very enjoyable and practical way to study the whole Bible. A sample of my preaching can be found on my website.
I believe in and do hold high standards for Christian living: I ask that all ladies participating in the work of the church wear dresses or skirts below the knee, and I do not allow Rock-N-Roll, Country, Southern Gospel, Bluegrass or Contemporary Christian Music into the church music program.
I believe the church meetings should encourage obedient Christians who are striving to do right and convict those who are rebellious. To this end I promise to feed you faithfully, encourage you cheerfully, and sing with you heartily as unto the Lord. I will lead you in personal soul-winning and will challenge your leaders to lead with a Christ-like walk and an active pursuit of their followers’ well-being.
